Job Description

ALDA is hiring a Project Designer focused on the Western Balkans, with the position based in either Skopje (North Macedonia) or Belgrade (Serbia) starting in October 2024. The role involves project development, fundraising, and providing technical support to ALDA’s members and partners.

Candidates should have a university degree, at least two years of experience in project design, and be fluent in English and a Western Balkans language. Knowledge of European funding programs like IPA, CERV, and ERASMUS+ is essential.

The contract is for 12 months, with potential renewal based on performance. Interested applicants should submit a Letter of Intent and CV by October 1, 2024, through the provided application form. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews, which may include a written test​.
