L’Albero della Vita ETS is an NGO promoting human rights all across the world, operating in child protection, education, migration, development, emergency, providing support to vulnerable children and communities.

Who are we looking for:

FADV has been present in Ukraine since 2022 with several projects. We are looking for a consultant who will be in charge of a feasibility study in the Zaporozhzhia oblast where FADV is implementing a 3 months-project financed by Regione Lombardia aiming to support schools and medical clinics in six Hromadas through the provision of durable equipment and training activities.

Study objectives:

The main objective of the feasibility study is to provide FADV with sound basis for decision-making on what types of interventions, services and activities are feasible and prioritized, from an emergency perspective and in line with the sectors identified in the HRNP 2025 for Ukraine (and with the call for proposal to be launched by the Italian Agency for Cooperation and Development – AICS)

The feasibility study should outline interventions to respond to the humanitarian needs of the most vulnerable population in the oblast of Zaporozhzhia, considering both urban and rural areas.

The feasibility study should examine the context of the planned geographical scope at all relevant levels (micro, meso, and macro) and collect essential, project-relevant data including:

• identification and analysis of stakeholders, and confirmation of the role of stakeholders pre-identified by FADV
• analysis of the target group, including the collection of relevant baseline data. A baseline for the project must be established
• humanitarian gaps in the area.

Requirements

The person we are looking for is required to have:

• native Italian speaker and fluent in English (orally and written);
• proven experiences in conducting feasibility studies and value chain analysis;
• proven experiences in the field of feasibility study in emergency and humanitarian contexts, in different sectors;
• demonstrated very good oral and written communication skills;
• available to long term on field mission (at least 1 month)

What we offer:  3-months Collaboration Contract, January 2025 to March 2025, full time 38 hours.
